Refund policy

Refunds will be considered for:

  • Orders not delivered
  • Wrong, missing, or damaged items
  • Payment errors (e.g., double charge)
  • Restaurant cancellation due to unavailability

Refund Method:

  • Default: credited to UCS Wallet within 24–48 hours; wallet balance can be used for future orders within 12 months.
  • Customers may request refund to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Taste preference or change of mind
  • Minor delivery delays
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Refund Process:

  • Contact UCS Takeaway support via the app.
  • Provide order number, issue description, and photo if applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed after review.
