Refunds will be considered for:
- Orders not delivered
- Wrong, missing, or damaged items
- Payment errors (e.g., double charge)
- Restaurant cancellation due to unavailability
Refund Method:
- Default: credited to UCS Wallet within 24–48 hours; wallet balance can be used for future orders within 12 months.
- Customers may request refund to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the provider.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Taste preference or change of mind
- Minor delivery delays
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Refund Process:
- Contact UCS Takeaway support via the app.
- Provide order number, issue description, and photo if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed after review.
