By using the UCS Takeaway mobile app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Use
    
   • UCS Takeaway is the sole restaurant preparing and delivering all orders through this app.
   • You must provide accurate delivery details and a valid contact number.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
      
2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
    
   • Orders are confirmed once accepted by UCS Takeaway.
   • Customers may cancel an order before food preparation begins; full refund applies to UCS Wallet or original payment method upon request.
   • Orders cannot be cancelled after preparation begins.
      
3. Prices & Payment
   • Prices include food cost; delivery charges will be displayed before checkout.
   • Accepted payment methods: [Insert options, e.g., credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, digital wallets].

4. Delivery

   • If the delivery staff cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and considered delivered; refund, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.
      
5. Modifications & Updates
    
   • UCS Takeaway may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updates.
      
6. Limitations of Liability
    
   • UCS Takeaway is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or other events beyond our control.
   • We are responsible for food quality until it leaves our kitchen; once delivered, customer responsibility begins.
      
7. Governing Law
    
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
